He has 30 years of experience in the field of accounts, finance, marketing and manufacturing. He has played a key role in setting up several businesses and functions for the Group. He continues to play a key role in several strategic initiatives for the Group, including driving its Human Resources, Strategy and Business development.

Mr. Alok Harlalka

CHAIRMAN AND JOINT MANAGING DIRECTOR

He is the driving force behind the company, having more than 25 years of experience in Capital Market and securities market services and also director of Association of Investment Bankers of India (AIBI). His dynamic leadership and passion for business has accelerated the growth of the company manifold. Under him, Gretex has taken a massive leap to emerge as one of the greats among its players.

Mr. Deepak Navinchandra Shah

WHOLE TIME DIRECTOR AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

He has been associated with the Company as Chief Financial Officer since July 03, 2023. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from University of Mumbai. He has done certification courses in Capital Market from Inter-connected Stock Exchange of India Ltd-Training & Research Centre. He was deputed on ISE Securities and Services Ltd. (wholly owned subsidiary of Interconnected Stock Exchange of India Limited) since December 06, 2006 till January 18, 2008 in Accounts Department and he was designated as Assistant Manager in the same Department from June 06, 2007 till January 18, 2008.He was also previously employed with Asit. C.Mehta 175.
Investments Intermediates Limited from January 28, 2008 to May 31, 2008. He was a Manager in Accounts Team at Inventure Growth and Securities Limited and its subsidiary namely Inventure Finance Pvt. Ltd from July 07, 2008 to March 31, 2022. He has approximately 15.5 years of experience.

Mr. Utsav Agarwal

VICE PRESIDENT-INVESTOR RELATIONS

He was appointed as the Vice President of the Company w.e.f. September 1, 2023. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce from Rajasthan University. He has also qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was previously employed as Senior Associate - Investment Banking in NNM NextGen Advisory Private Limited. He was working with Redkenko Health Tech Private Limited as Assistant Vice President-Finance. He has approximately 6 years of experience.

Mr. Abhinav Chauhan

MARKETING HEAD

He was appointed as the Marketing Head of the Company w.e.f. August 16, 2023. He was also appointed in management cadre at American Express Services India Limited as a Relationship Officer Assistant Manager from February 2008 till August 2010. He was previously employed as Marketing Head at Entym Inc. USA from September 2010 till August 13, 2023. He has approximately over 12 years of experience.

Mr. Jignesh Jayantilal Lathigra

RMS & OPERATION HEAD

He was appointed as the RMS & Operation Head of the Company w.e.f December 01, 2022. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce (Three Year Integrated Course) from University of Mumbai. He was appointed as RMS Manager in Choice Broking Private Limited from February 2013 till August, 2016. He was working as RMS Manager in Pentagon Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd from September 01, 2016 to November 30, 2022. He has approximately over 11 years of experience.

Mr. Niket Thakkar

COMPANY SECRETARY AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Niket, is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Mr. Thakkar holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Smt. J. J. Kundalia Commerce College, Saurashtra University Rajkot (2013). Commencing his career as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer after completing his BBA, he has amassed over 5 years of extensive experience. His expertise spans Corporate Law, Securities Law, and managing secretarial compliances encompassing various regulations such as Corporate Laws, Listing Obligation and Disclosure Regulations, and others mandated by regulatory bodies.

Mrs. Meenu Walia

HEAD COMPLIANCE

She is been with us since 2023, she holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree and possesses 18 years of extensive experience, with 11+ years specializing in Compliance Management. Certified in Equity Derivatives, Securities Risk Operations, and Compliance Non-Fund, she also holds a 1-Year Diploma in O' Level. Her expertise lies in analyzing systems, establishing internal controls, and ensuring regulatory compliance (NSE, BSE, SEBI, DP Audit). Previously, she served as AVP Compliance at Axis Capital, Compliance Officer at CGS-CIMB Securities Ltd (MNC), and gained 11 years of varied industry experience at SBICAP Securities as Deputy Manager.
